Fitness Center / Weight Room
The Fitness Center is available to SFSD Employees, Students, and members of our community. Each Group can utilize the fitness center and its equipment provided they are trained and supervised during open hours. This facility is equipped with weight machines, free weights including dumbbells and bars, squat rack stations and various state of the art cardio equipment. Anyone wishing to use this facility must check in with the weight room supervisor and show proof of a pass membership or pay a daily fee. Hours are set for all groups.
All those who wish to use the Fitness Center during Rec Department hours must sign in at the Sheboygan Falls Aquatic Center front desk
Weight room users under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during Rec Department hours
Weight room users must be at least 12 years old
