Restorative Yoga - slow it down a notch with our restorative yoga class!  Let yourself sink into each pose and feel the benefits.  This class will go through a short flow to warm up the body and then slow things down to hold poses.

Restorative Yoga is suitable for beginners and all levels

• 2023-24 School Year Dates: December 4, 2023 - March 1, 2024

• Monday-Friday 4-6pm

• Must enter Aquatic Center doors and sign in and out at front desk
