The office of Curriculum and Instruction oversees the District's 4K-12 curriculum, instruction and assessment. This includes academic standards, state and district assessments, student learning, instructional research and state and federal compliance. The office also oversees educational supports: Technology, Professional Development, Mentoring, Educator Effectiveness, School Safety, and District Communication.

By motion or resolution, the BOE will consider approval of a notice that identifies the student academic standards that will be in effect for the 2023-2024 school year, including the standards for the content areas that are expressly identified in section 118.30(1g)(a)1 of the state statutes
